Connie grew up on the lake and can remember ‘when’. She has witnessed, first-hand, the tremendous growth and popularity of this beautiful lake and mountain region of North Georgia from a Real Estate and personal perspective. She is an expert helping buyers and sellers understand the process involved with Georgia Power Company leased property ownership versus Fee Simple property ownership that is often encountered in this unique market.
